Today's Goal
Today, my goal is to walk for at least 30 minutes and eat food that is more nutritious. This is my first step working on my weight loss. I should have done this a long time ago. I just need to feed my son first and then start working on my goal. I feel so alive right now and excited knowing that I am inspired and determined with my goal. I just hope the weather stays warm otherwise; I will be walking and running in our treadmill, which is fine with me too. Anyway, I need to get going before laziness strikes me:-)
