Abs Workout
In one month I lose 2 lbs after eating nutritious foods and engaging myself in daily activities, now I need to start my abs workout to at least get some muscles in my belly. It is a bit soggy and giggly from having a baby 2 years ago. I am crossing my fingers to reach my goal before the beach party at my friend’s place. Anyway, I am thankful that the weather is cooperating with my goal; it’s hard to work out when it rains outside because I cannot do my daily walking. It’s been 2 weeks now since we don’t get rain and I am loving it! I am really working hard to get over with this extra body fats of mine.
