Britney's Childhood Secret
I watched Britney's childhood secret and I found it really interesting. Just like us, Britney's family suffer ting poverty during her childhood. She's a country girl lived in a very simple family. She's been joining singing competition and beauty pageant when she was still young that made her life success. In her early age as one of the biggest star in Hollywood has been an inspiration for many young people but every things change after years as a singer. And it get worst until now..so sad that after all the effort to be a big start she wasted it all..anyway, we don't know the reason why she's turning that way. There's lots of expeculation about her life but whatever the reason is, lets just hope that she can correct all her mistakes because everyone deserves second chances. Plus her kids that needs her assistance badly..she's still young and pretty and I'm pretty sure, there are still lots of opportunities for her is she will only decided to do the right thing.

Planning
- Begin financial planning now.
- Know your net worth.

- Buliding wealthy is a team sport...create financial team with you as the coach.
- Make an estate plan.
- Have an emergency fund.
Got this from love notes..hope you'll learn something.

Tips for Today!
Our self-esteem is influenced not only by our moms...but also by our grandmothers, our aunts, and all the wonderful women who we look up to and admire. It's safe to say that this is not a case of "either/or". Self-esteem comes from the nature and nuure. Knowing ourselves and choosing to hear the " postives " can give us a life filled with sel-confidence, a sense of humor and the wish to be our best.
Understanding Self- Esteem
- Self-esteem is our birthright. Acknowledge and celebrate the self-esteem that you have.
- First and foremost, begin with self-love. It's OK to root your won horn a bit- this isn't selfish, but more of a self fulfilling act of appreciation. When you like who you are, you can effectively share your wholesome self with others.
Hope this simple things that I shared to you can help boosting your self- esteem. I read this from Love notes.

Goodnight Peps!
I just done editing my blog here and quite tired right now...so I guess I have to do more later...but before I finally log out today I want to share this article that I read....
As a nutrition professor, I thought I was up to speed on which healthy habits can help you prevent heart disease—until a few years ago when my University of Vermont colleague Paula Fives-Taylor, Ph.D., rattled my thinking. In a riveting lecture, this professor of microbiology and molecular genetics explained that something as simple as flossing your teeth regularly could make a big difference in reducing heart disease risk. (That’s when my jaw dropped.) Since flossing keeps plaque-forming bacteria from invading gum tissue, she explained, it helps prevent the body’s immune system from launching into defense mode—a process known as inflammation. Inflammation, she added, was now understood to be both a warning sign and a trigger for a number of medical conditions including heart disease.
Fives-Taylor was onto something. Today, inflammation is so widely linked to heart disease, many physicians routinely order tests for a key marker of inflammation, C-reactive protein (CRP), as readily as they do cholesterol tests.
I read this frm msn, and wanted to share it iwth you in case you fail to read some of their articles.have a great day!
