I was not sure what to make today but I end up making a delicious noodles stirred fry with vegetables. I was gonna add some meat but I don't have enough time to thaw the meat, so I decided to just cook it purely vegetables. It turn out really good and it is what I am going to eat the whole day I guess. I cooked more than enough for 3 servings. I am full right now after eating my food, I definitely need some excercise!
