Hubby asked last week what I want for Christmas and my only answers was, buy me a new HP Officejet Pro 8000 Wireless epson printers. I am tired with our junkie printer. My little stinker likes to show this silly face to me, I do not know how he came up with this but it looks pretty funny. He sure knows how to lifts your spirit when you are not in a mood for anything. Just last night, he came up to me and asked MOMMY ARE YOU HAPPY? MOMMY IS HAPPY RIGHT? I was amazed hearing him asking that, I don't know why he asked that, it's not like I am crying or sad, maybe he learned it from watching nick jr. I am really happy to have a compassionate son like him.

Sue is invited us again for Christmas desserts but I forgot to mentioned it to my husband. She always invited us every occasion, their family is already a big part in our family and I was thinking to give her a barcode scanner as our presents this year. I was there at her store twice helping her out and it was not easy at all. When He was Four Months Old

This picture was taken when my son is still four months old. You can tell that even at the age he is already fascinated with computers up to this very moment. Every time I get off from the chair he'll always run fast and replaced me. He likes to play in the computer to paint, play games or watch his favorite show on YouTube. Sometimes it is hard for him to get off from the chair, you have to really work hard and be persistent. That's my son my little stinker!

Mt Little Lion

This picture was taken 2 years ago, time really passes so fast nowadays. My son is almost 3 years old now and I miss the time when he was just a baby. I am so thankful to God for giving me a chance to be a mother to the most wonderful and amazing kid. I will niver trade my experience to anything. It's Christmas In Our Home

Our Christmas tree is finally up! My two and half little boy has been very helpful putting the ornaments and unpacking the houses for my little village. I am lucky that I have a son who understands when I say certain things, so far he did not try to toucch anything. He loved the music and the lights. How about you friends? Just For Him

Last night just before I went to bed, I went surfing online to see if there is some parish clothing on sale. I wanted to buy a pair of sweater hoodie for my husband for it is what he likes to wear at work. I got him a Plaid Jacket last year and he is still wearing it, he loves how comfortable it was. I found sales parish clothing online and I cannot wait to place my order soon. I still have to wait until I get my payment this week. It Changed Me

I bought a cookie recipe magazine a week ago to get some idea what cookies to coo for upcoming ex-change cookies party. Last year, I made peanut butter cookie and a macademea white chocolate cookie. It was my first cookie party ever and it shows to my cookies :-). This time, I am thinking of making something beautiful maybe a ginger bread cookie with some decoration on it. Trying To Fit In!

My 2 and half year old boy is trying to fit in, in his daddy's warm coat. This coat is too heavy to ear yet warm and comfortable when you are outside working. Share Your Joy

There are so many things that I needed to do after this week. My friend Joyce will be having her first baby in two weeks and she wants me to send out birth announcement to her family and to her close friends. Everyone are excited, it’s been a long time since we’ve seen and cuddle a newborn child. We still do not know the gender of the baby, they wanted everything to be a surprise and that is why, I cannot decide what sort of card to use yet. I am thinking to order at least 50 pieces of birth announcements card. If Joyce baby is boy, I’ll choose the minty color card but if it’s a girl, pink or yellow are my choices. I am extremely excited to see the baby and I hope everything will fall into place on her delivery.

Men's Polo Shirts Are Cute!

I love my husband when he wears men's polo shirts; he looks very attractive and muscly especially if he matches it with shorts and a sunglasses. I cannot stop myself looking at him and felt so lucky to have that good-looking man stucked with me for the rest of our lives. For me, he is a total package. He is good inside and out, his personality is what I like most though.
This coming Christmas, I am going to buy him two pair of polo shirts and a new formal shoe as well. He needs to wear something nice and a semi- formal outfit on our company Christmas party next month. Last year, we both wears black and this time I am thinking of wearing different color, maybe a classic wine for him and a carmel pink for me, what do you think?

Resting

It's been four days since I had my left ear surgery, I am still resting right now and trying get all my strenght back with the help of my very own supportive husband. I am not in my normal life yet, I am still in bed most of the time, can eat a little bit but my ear still hurting just a little bit. I quit drinking my pain medications because it makes me dizzy and pukey. The meds that I am taking right now, is the antibiotic. I wish the wound would heal soon and no complications afterwards. I've been through a lot of hardship because of this and it's my hope and praying earnestly that everything will fall into place.

Digital Frame

I wanted to buy a digital frame ever since I saw it in the store but because we are on tight budget at that time, I have to wait and prioritize the one that we needed most. However, black Friday is here once again and all the stores are offering huge discount that is giving us a chance to buy the things that we wanted to buy at affordable amount. I was already eyeing which online store to go to buy the digital frame. I checked the store early this morning and they offered up to 70% off on their items. Black Friday

I do not like shopping at the store on Black Friday; it causes me to get up early to get the sales when I can get the sales online in my own time. It’s snowing here for almost a month now, the road is nasty and icy which is not an ideal time to travel anywhere especially early in the morning. I already bought few things online, some online stores offering low prices right now, so why wait for black Friday when you can do your shopping now online. I love shopping online, I can get all the sales I want without wasting my time driving and waiting in a long line to pay all the things I got. I cannot wait to buy new netbook for my younger brother!

Dizzy And Pukey

I had my left ear surgery yesterday and I must say, it was the most horrible experience in my entire life. I got scared when they put the oxgyen, I am thinking to back out but there is no other way to fix my ear. The surgery lasted for 1 hour and they released us after 2 hours recovery. I do not want to go home, it's too tiring, all I want to do is to lay down and get more sleep. But because it's hospital's rules, we have to go home and take note, we have 3 hours drive to get home. I puked twice while on the car and feeling so dizzy until now. I am just lucky that I have a husband who take care of me and my son. It breaks my heart when my son wanted his mommy and I cannot do what he wants. I am not allowed to carry heavy things and needs to rest.

The outdoor lighting in our driveway finally gave up after 3 years of service. I almost fell on the ground last night while walking to the garbage can to throw the garbage. I have a friend who recently got divorce because of her addiction, her husband cannot take her no more, she spent all their savings and max all their credit card because of her addiction. I feel bad for her being in that situation, I tried to talk to her many times about her addiction but she is very denial, which is a typical response from those people who is addicted into something. I warned her before to lessen taking the pain reliever but she don’t listen to anybody and now her family is having a hard to deal with her oxycontin detox addiction. Show Premier at My House Tuesday

I was so excited this year for my all time favorite show to premier this fall. Sons of Anarchy has always been my soft spot for the last few years. Every Tuesday night at 10:00 p.m. I sit on my couch and watch the show on my direct tv packages. This year for the first episode I had a group of my friends come over to my apartment and have pizza and drinks. Everyone arrived around 9:00 p.m. so we could chat about what we thought was going to happened over an ice cold adult beverage. It was hard to tell what this year would bring, but we all anticipated the shows premier horribly! When the show finally started we all settled down on the sofa and surrounding chairs to indulge in the best show ever. After the show was over we all sat there breathless at what had happened, we never thought the show would take this type of turn although last season was quite horrific as well. You never can tell what will happen with this particular show, there are so many deaths and bad situations that it leaves you going crazy at the end of every show

Boys Before Flower

I promised to myself before that I will never watch another series until I am done with my cleaning but I broke that promised once again! I am really hooked to this, it is hard to stop yourself back when you are at home all the time and nothing else to do other than taking care of your kid and cleaning the house, it is kind of boring repeating the same routine everyday:-) agree?

I cannot believed it's friday again, I would have not noticed it if my husband did not remind me about our dinner tonight. We are going to town tonight to ear dinner with my sister in-law and I totally forgot about it. My friend Lorena invited me for their women’s club Easter party but I am not sure if I can attend the party. We have lots of appointment next month; we are going to see our eye doctor, my ear check up and wellness check-up for my husband. I will try to set a time for the party but if I cannot make it, I will still send my present to Lorena, which is an easter jewelry and a 50 pieces of eggroll. I really wanted to attend the party, I haven’t seen some of my good friends for almost a year now and it would be nice to see and chat with them while the weather is still nice. And I also want my son to hunt eggs with his friends and experience the fun.

I am excited for tomorrow's girls day out. My two friend and I will be going to the big city to shop for summer clothes. I am very happy and excited today, why? because my husband will be home in few hours, he has been away for 5 days and we miss him terribly! He said he bought something for me and for my son and I did not know what it was, he said it's a surprise. I love my husband for being so incredibly sweet and loving! thank you Lord for being so good to me and to my family.

New York City Chow

For our anniversary, my husband and I took me to an exciting trip to NYC. We love to eat, and New York has some of the best restaurants in the country. We got a week off this time around, and we had meal after delicious meal in some of the best places in Manhattan. You can’t beat New York for food and atmosphere.

The only drawback about New York restaurants is the congestion. When we went to eat in Little Italy, we were packed into a super-tiny restaurant. Sarah kept complaining about the noise, but I thought that it wasn’t all that bad.

That reminds me, I nearly went to get a hearing test in new york while we were visiting! I started feeling like my hearing was a little muted, but I never got around to going. I’m thinking I’ll have to make that trip now that we’re home, though.

In all, our trip was fantastic, and I think Sarah and I both gained ten pounds each. But after a few months absent from the gym, I think Sarah and I really needed to find an excuse to go back.

Alex likes to eat Oreo white filling and 3 days ago, after wasting too much cookies, I told him, I am not going to give him another one unless he ate the whole cookie. Everytime he ask for more, I always looked everywhere to see if he eat everything and I could not find a single one so I asked him again, did you eat the cookies? he smiled and did not say anything but since I could not find any left overs, I assumed he ate the whole cookie, I keep giving him more and he keeps coming back and just today, while looking for lip balm, I found all the left over cookies in our chair compartment! I told him, it was a smart idea but not a good one. I told him never lie or cheat to your parents or to anybody, he asked sorry but his daddy defended him by saying he did not lie because when I asked him, he did not say anything but he does cheat though:-)

College Football For An ACC Fan

College football, for most ACC fans, is sort of considered a secondary sport. Probably not surprising, considering how dominant the Atlantic Coast Conference has been in basketball, that football would not be the top draw. However, there are teams in the ACC that are known for being football powerhouses and less for their basketball teams. The Miami Hurricanes, my favorite team, were, at one time, the dominant team in all of college football.

Virginia Tech is also a top team every year, and Florida State has won the national title. Back in the '80s saw Georgia Tech and Clemson both win national titles, although in the year that Georgia Tech won it, they actually tied with another team...something not too common.

However, my team is the Hurricanes, led by head coach Randy Shannon, and when I can't get the stadium to see the games, I watch my college football on satellite TV from www.expertsatellite.com/direct-tv/direct-tv-satellite-dish-california.html. I've been a Hurricane fan since the Orange Bowl was still actually being used for both Hurricane and Dolphin games, so I'm glad to see a little of those winning ways coming back to South Florida. I won't say that 'The U' is all the way back by any stretch of the imagination, but they certainly are a team on the rise.

With a couple more years and by continuing to recruit well, Shannon may just bring the team back into the national title picture

Worried

I am little bit worried now, I missed my period last month and until now I still did not have one. I don't know what is going on since I have IUD for two years. Is it possible to get pregnant with IUD? I am freaking out! I am not ready to have another one yet. It's too early but if it is God's will then I will embrace it heartly. I am going to buy pregnancy test this weekend, I need to know if I am pregnant or not because if I am, then it's risky for the baby to have my IUD and I need to see the doctor right away.

Tailgating, Like Church Happens on Sunday

Nothing is greater than enjoying a live football game except tailgating before the football game. We're not talking about parking your car in the parking lot, and gathering with friends, and grilling outside. Tailgating is more than that. It's a rite of passage, a gathering of fellow lovers of football all fueled by a passionate undying love of the home team. When I tailgate, I love to go with my family, and a large group of friends. Of course I also set my home security system (click here for more information) before leaving to tailgate. We all cram into several vans packed with food head to Arrowhead Stadium. We love the Kansas City Chiefs , and proudly wear the yellow and red. When we arrive at Arrowhead Stadium, we along with the other tens of thousands of Chiefs fans turn the parking lot into a sea of red. Tailgating is a part of our football culture. The hours spent grilling burgers, hot dogs, and brats create a bond between everyone in the parking lot. Everyone that passes you is a fellow believer and loyal follower the home team. We can talk with anyone about how good important the quarterback play is, or how worried we are about the defense, and how much we hate the opposing team. If football is religion, than the parking lot where we tailgate is like church.

A Birthday Surprise for My Husband

Tomorrow is my husband’s birthday, and I’m taking him to Panacea, a tiny fishing town on the pan-handle of Florida, this weekend to celebrate. He’s always begging me to go with him and I never have, so I thought it’d be a fun day for him, especially now that we’re retired and it’s easier for us to break away and go on trips like these.

I’m also surprising him with a little different, too—for a while, I’ve noticed his hearing hasn’t been quite up to snuff. He’s always asking me to repeat myself and even then, I feel like I’m shouting at him. When we get back from our trip, I’m taking him to get his hearing checked so I can get him hearing aids as a gift, too.

I was not very happy this morning waking up with tears in the sky but there is nothing I can do about it, I'll just have to be happy that atleast we have rain here in our place. More Milk Please!

My son cannot live without milk, his only bestfriend is his bottle. He can drink atleast 3 or 4 bottles of milk a day and take note, that is not included of all the solid foods he ate. I don't mind giving him milk that many, it helps to provide the nutrition gap. I just need to teach him to drink the milk in the glass and not in the bottle, I am still working on that..any suggestion?

I Need Extra Income

There are lots of things that I wanted to do and buy for our house remodeling but we are not financially stable, we can only buy few things at a time. We Had Enough

It's been raining for over a week now and I am tired of it! I cannot go outside or anywhere because of the rain. New Phone!

Jason finally bought the phone that I wanted after 3 years of not having my own cell phone. If it wasn’t because of our neighbor I might still not have a phone right now. We are not aware that our phone provider offers a plan where we can use our phone no matter where we are. It is the main reason why we don’t own a phone, our place is too far away from the city and there are only certain places where you can get phone reception. I am very excited with my new iphone. The iphone accessories that I got yesterday completed the look of my new phone. My husband thinks it’s too girly because of the pink leather case but I don’t care what he thinks, I am happy and love my choices! :-)

Silly Boy

While we are in the mall shopping, my two year old boy was also having fun being in the basket of their cart! He likes to be inside and play with his friend Brice. It was funny how they laughed each other and play peek! My family and relatives back home loves the picture slide show that I posted in my Facebook account. They don’t need to push any button to view all the pictures. I also need to dig in my old computer to upload the pictures when Alex is still a baby, they have not seen any pictures of it and it would be cool to send that one too so they can see it.

More Food!

This are just some of the food that we cooked while staying at my friend's house. We cooked atleast 3 dishes a day and it's the main reason why I gained 2 pounds in 3 days of being at there place. I cannot stop eating. We talked, laughed and exchanged experience which is really fun. I miss my friends already and we are planning to do it again!

Alamo Car Rental

I was really glad to finally spent time with my husband. He was in Toronto for 5 days but then again, he just told me earlier that they are going to spend another 5 days in Seattle for more training. I do not want him to go that long again but there is nothing I can do about it. His flight is not until the 9th of October, so at least I have few weeks of spending time with him.
His trip was all set but still need to book the alamo car rental so there is something he can drive while staying in the city. He is still checking for rental car prices at rentacarnow.com and hopefully he can find the one that suits to our budget. We already spent a lot of money this month and we need to save as much as we can.

Thank You Cards

I just got home few minutes ago from my few days of sleep over and I already talked to few people. Tomorrow, we are going to have a baby shower in my neighbors’ place and I was assigned to bring eggrolls and a baby shower thank you cards. I have to be there early to write all the names of all the people who attend the party, in that way, it is easier to send the thank you cards and we won’t miss a single person. I am still tired from my trip but there is not time for relaxing. Right now, I am thawing the turkey for my eggroll and then preparing the thank you cards. I am just happy that the card I ordered online arrived yesterday; otherwise, I will not be able to provide al the cards she needs.

I Wish..

I found a very nice purse at the store the other day but there are too expensive for me, I wish I had enough money to buy them. I like the style and the color. It is very simple purse but classy and chic! I'll just maybe dream about it and who knows someone will buy it for me hehehehe.

I just got home from my 3 days girls out with my dear awesome female friends. I had fun shopping all kinds of clothes, shoes and foods that I like. Girls Out!

The girls out is over, we're home now and back to normal routine. We enjoyed our few days of spending time with my dear friends. We did alot of fun together, cook a lot of food and the result, I gained another 2 pounds! It is really hard to maintain your weight when there is good food all over. New Toy For Alex!

We always tried our best not to spoil our son but his birthday is soon to come and we wanted to give him something that he can play inside and outside the house. Of all the toys that he had, the big wheels is what he likes to play but it is already broken, it was given by his cousin and it’s already worn out. We are thinking of buying him a Peg perego Jeep where he and his friend Brice can ride it together. This would be our first time buying him a toy that he likes to ride and I am very excited for him. One of the reason why I like to buy the jeep, it last longer and he can ride it until he gets 5 or 6 years old, he is only two right now and we can pass it to his cousin in case he is too big to play the toy and of course, most of the parts are replaceable.

We're Bored!

There is nothing much to do today, Jason left for business trip and we cannot go outside because it's raining like crazy, thunder and lighting. Alex got scared and mad because I turned off the tv and he cannot watch his favorite tv shows. I hope that the weather will get better so I can bring him outside and have a little walk.

A Perfect Present For Her!

My sister in-law will be celebrating her 45th birthday next week and I am thinking of giving her some jewelry making tools for her small business. She makes bracelets, earrings, and necklaces and sells it in the gift shop where she works. This would be a perfect gift for her and a big help to expand her business a little bit. She is very talented and artistic in terms of making what she is doing now, she sold more than a dozen a day and that is good extra cash for her. I sometimes help her making necklaces but I am too slow and she has to redo my work:-). Oh well, it’s not my thing but at least I tried my best to help her!

Wildfire Nearby!

I am scared and worried right now. The picture that I attached here was taken an hour ago, the wildfire is only a mile and half from where I lived. I am trying to take good picture but my camera was not design for 1 mile away vision. The fire is growing rapidly due to the wind and I am praying and hoping that it won't get here in our place. Running Shorts

We are going to go in the tiger’s trail park this coming weekend with my family. We had a blast last Saturday morning running for 30 minutes and we wanted to do it again as part of our family weekly exercise and then maybe a small picnic afterwards. However, I need to buy men's running shorts for my husband first because he does not have any. He uses his jogging pants last weekend and he was sweating like crazy. If only he could wear some of my running short I will lend it to him but my shorts were too girly especially the design and the color. I was also looking some cheap men’s shorts online and found few; I might order it too but have to wait until my husband gets home so he can pick which one he likes.

It is almost 1:00 o'clock here now but none of my goal has been done yet. I still have lots of house cleaning to do and clothes to folds. Super Hot!

It is sickenly hot up here! I was outside a while ago to water my plants and I could not stay longer, it feels like the heat of the sun is biting my skin, in just few minutes of being outside I could hardly breath and feels like I am going to pass out! right now, the only place I wanted to hang out is inside our house, it's nice and cold, very refreshing.

When I am using public restroom, I preferred to use the hand dryers than the paper towel simply because; it is more sanitary, less messy and most importantly, eco-friendly. Some other restroom they do not have hand dryers and I hate it when I pulled out a paper towel and part of it is still wet from someone’s hand and sometimes, the tip of the paper towel is already touching the garbage can. I hope all the stores that have restroom will put hand dryers instead of the paper towel because then, they do not need to worry having messy floor from people who are not very responsible. If only I have enough budget to buy this amazing product, I would have bought it a long time ago!

My Very Own Garden

I have not shown any picture of my simple tiny garden at my backyrard and here it is, I shared some photos so you can see how it looks like. It was not very fancy like most other garden but I am very proud and happy with what I got. This was made by my loving husband, it's actually a temporary one, as soon as we're done working our yard, I am going to have a permanent green house or garden in our backyard.

Disney Vacation Packages

We are planning to take a trip to Disneyland on my son’s 4rth birthday, which is 2 years from now. We wanted to go next year but we have some other plans already and he is not old enough to enjoy some of the fun stuff in Disney world. This plan of ours makes me really excited! I have never been in this place and I wanted to see how fun this place is. I heard rumors how big and fun the place was and I wanted to experience that feelings too and of course to bring my son in a place where every kid wishes to go; our plan was entirely for our son’s benefits. We wanted him to enjoy his childhood and experience the fun that we never had in our younger years. We have been looking Disney vacation packages already and cannot wait to go there. For the mean time, we have to save as much as we can for this plan trip! There are few Disneyland that are closer to our place but we wanted to go in Orlando Florida, that is why saving and planning is extremely important!

I am very sleepy right now and I know why, I sleep late last night watching some tv shows and chatting online too. I wanted to sleep but I have a son who wants to play with me all the time. I have to wait till he takes a nap and then I'll take nap too. Oh well, I guess I have to do something to keep me awake, I cannot force my son to take a nap when he doesn't want to.

I Guess It's Time...

My son is old enough to sleep in his own bedroom but because he is use to sleep in his mommy’s arms, he could not sleep by himself. I spoiled my son too much but I guess it is time for him to learn how to sleep by himself. He is too big to sleep in his crib that is why, our goal for this weekend is to fix his room nicely and buy new mattress, sheets and pillows for his sleeping bed. This is a big step for both of us because we sleep in the same bed since he was born but I need to do this for his own good and for us as well. I hope he can adapt it well and will not have a hard time to sleep by himself.
Anyway, I need to get going now and search for mattresses online; I wanted to check the prices first before going to the store so I know the difference. Sometimes it is cheaper to buy stuff online than in the store, agree?

It has been months now since I started dieting and to tell you honestly, I do not know how long I can take this. Yes, I lose few pounds but my body is having a hard time to adjust. I ate healthier food, limit my food intake and exercise a lot and I know I should feel good and healthier but that is not what I felt. It makes me crave more food and want to sleep all day long. My Wish!

I saw one of my friend's pictures fishing in Catalina island with lot of fish from their fishing. I am so jealous and wanted to go there right away and fish! Those kind of fish are the fish that I am craving for a very long time. I can imagine myself jumping as high as I can if I can caught a fish like that. I never tried to go fishing in the ocean and it is one of my wish to do that in the future, maybe when my son is old enough to handle himself.

A New Town

I recently moved to a Jacksonville with my family. We are lucky enough to have professional movers pack up all our stuff and deliver it to our new house. We just have to be sure they pack everything correctly and watch out that our electronics don't disappear out of their boxes.

There weren't any rental houses available when we moved, so we had to buy a house in a new neighborhood. Because of that, we had to get all of our utilities set up before we moved into the house (the movers have to have lights and water). Before we moved in, I had to set up electricity, water, cable, internet, phone, and an adt alarm near Jacksonville. Cable, internet, and phone take about two weeks to get set up, and you have to wait until after those technicians come out to get home security.

After that, I could finally get to know my new town. It took me another month to find a good grocery store, and few months after that to find a good church and a babysitter I could trust.

Rain Rain Go Away!

It rains here alot lately, last night I can hear loud thunder and lighting. It got me worried co'z you really never know what will happen, thankfully we woke fine and the sun is shining. I hope and pray not to get so much rain this week because we have lots of plan and we cannot do it if it keeps raining.

Pretty Good Deal!

My son accidentally broke my husband’s prescription sunglasses yesterday and I am so mad to myself for letting him have it. He throws big feet in the car, screaming and yelling, I don’t know what to do to calms him down so decided to gave him the sunglasses so he’ll stop crying and in just in few minutes he broke one of the frames. It’s one of the moment where you want to yell at your son but I was holding myself back not to do it anyway. I understand why he is throwing a big tantrum. He got tired sitting in his car seat for 3 hours but who doesn’t?
Anyway, I found new identical sunglasses for my husband online and just done placing my order. I hope it will get here pretty soon because my husband’s eyes are very sensitive to sunlight and he needed it. Good thing, the one I found online is cheaper than the old one. Busy Weekend!

Yesterday we had so much fun in our picnic with few friends and today, they are going to visit us here for some dessert and I am extremely busy cleaning the house, I don't have to have a visitors without cleaning the house first. But I also want to take a break and make some update in my blogs. I am almost done with my cleaning and in few hours they will be knocking at my door. Keep Your Family Safe!

Last week when we are in Silverwood having fun, I realized how important to keep my son safe, amusement park is where you can met and encounter all kinds of people, whenever you go, the place is too crowded and if you are not fast enough to keep an eye to your kids, you will lose them easily. It might be the place for fun, but it is also a place to lose your child.
My sister in-law suggested to buy the gps for kids where you can track your child in case you lose them. I am going to buy one this weekend for my son. I need it before the company picnic. As a parent it is my responsibility to keep him safe, it is the main reason too why we have security camera in our home. You never know what will happen and by having this security system at home, you will feel a lot safer.

Tired And Full

I am tired and full right now, I ate too much and gained another pound. It's a nightmare to gain pound when you are trying to lose weight but it is really hard to control yourself from eating delicious and scrumptious foods, right? I am not really worried about my weight, you know why? simply because I am already married and my husband loves me dearly and unconditionally. He even said, he will love me even if I weight 1000 lbs hahahahahahaha! I think he is lying and I dont think I can get that big because my body was not design for that much weight hehehehehe. Anyway, I need to lay down for a little bit and hopefully I can restore my strenght back!

Potato Chips and Diet Coke Make a Great TV Snack

I watch a lot of hd satellite tv. My favorite TV programs are Grey's Anatomy, Friday Night Lights, and Army Wives. I record these shows and watch them on my DirecTv satellite. I love to eat in front of the TV, though I try to eat small portions and watch what I eat. Sometimes I watch re-watch my recorded shows when I can't find anything else to watch on TV.

My favorite snack to eat in front of the TV is chips and cheese dip. My brother got me hooked on potato chips when I was a small child. I normally eat the ranch flavored Doritos covered in melted Velveeta cheese. Sometimes I buy plain tortilla chips and pair them with Tostitos cheese dip. I love almost any kind of chips. Sour cream and onion flavored chips are my favorite. I like to melt cheddar cheese over them. I love any brand of barbeque chips, and Fritos are my favorite corn chips. The chips are always extra salty, and so I wash them down with a Diet Coke. Sometimes I make homemade lemonade to drink with my chips. The mixture of the salty chips with the tart lemonade is delicious.

It's His Birthday!

to my dearest loving , supportive husband! I am thankful to God for giving you another year to celebrate life! I am so proud and lucky to have you in my life and a father of our son. You were always there whenever we need you, there is nothing I can ask more from God. I love you so much and my love will be yours forever!

I like playing my new PS3, their Wireless Dualshock 3 Controller makes the game more even exciting and convenient! It is one of the best ways to kill the time when you are bored and the best game to spend time with your family. It has more game too compare to any other playstation. My favorite game is the final fantasy III, I am really into this game, and sometimes I forgot that it is time to feed my son. I found new cool games online and I will try to see if I can find that in the store this coming weekend. I am glad that my husband likes this one too; I do not have a hard time buying games because I knew he likes it too!

Holiday Invitations

There are four events we need to attend next month, one is my sister in-law’s birthday, second my is son’s activities at the library, third is company picnic and lastly, my cousin’s wedding ceremony. It is going to a busy month for us, I am just glad that they are not in same the day; otherwise, it is impossible to attend them all.
This kind of situation is common to us when it is summer, in fact, this is nothing compared on holidays, two weeks before thanksgiving or Christmas we receive all kinds of holiday invitations and sometimes we cannot accommodate them all even though how much we tried our best. This is part of being in a big family but I loved it! I like spending time with my family and relatives especially on holidays. Our reunion last year was a blast and I am looking forward to do it again this year.

Cute Little Girl

I am so happy and thrilled for my friend, she just had her baby girl few days ago and she is the cutest thing that I have ever seen. I wish she lived nearby so I can visit her and can cuddle the baby. I like the smell of the new born, it's very mild and innocent! I am so happy for her and for her family. It makes me want to have another kid again but I know it is not easy to have kids especially if you are the only one taking care of them, no help or whatsoever. Maybe I will have another one 4 years from now, if God will allow it.

Comedy Like You Have Never Seen It Before

My favorite comedy show is The Nanny which I watch on DirectTV. The nanny is a great show for teens and adults. It is centered around a not so young jewish woman who was dumped by her fiance. She had to resort to selling make up door to door and that is how she met Mr. Shefield. He is a broadway producer, wealthy and good looking, who has three young children. He mistakes her for the new nanny and rushes her into the house and even though their relationship is bumpy at times he see that she is a really good care taker for the family and he has an eye for her from the beginning. The show focuses on her want for mr. shefield to love her and how he tries to avoid the relationship no matter how badly he truly wants it. The nanny has a high pitched nasseled voice that can drive a person mad sometimes but this just adds to the comedy of the show. I have never laughed so hard as I do when I watch the nanny.

Karaoke Time!

Its noon here yet the fun has been already started since this morning! I'm in the mood to sing so I decided to turn on the magic sing and sing with my 2 year old boy. It's just us but we had a lot of fun singing and dancing. My son don't have any plan to stop so I just let him sing until he gets tired. For the mean time, I'll update my blog while my son is busy. The server is not cooperating with me, it's on and off since this morning and it started to pisses me off. If only I can find a better high speed provider I would have done it a long time ago grrrrr!

Abs Workout

In one month I lose 2 lbs after eating nutritious foods and engaging myself in daily activities, now I need to start my abs workout to at least get some muscles in my belly. It is a bit soggy and giggly from having a baby 2 years ago. I am crossing my fingers to reach my goal before the beach party at my friend’s place. Anyway, I am thankful that the weather is cooperating with my goal; it’s hard to work out when it rains outside because I cannot do my daily walking. It’s been 2 weeks now since we don’t get rain and I am loving it! I am really working hard to get over with this extra body fats of mine.

Apple Bottom

I have been longing to buy apple bottom jeans from the time I saw my cousin wearing it. The flattering design of the jeans really makes me want to go to the store and buy a dozen! I never got a chance to go to the store lately but my friend and I will be going to the big city this coming Saturday and I will make sure I grab a pair of apple bottom jeans otherwise; I will never be able to buy it. Love The Warm Weather!

I am so thankful and blessed to finally experience the warm weather that I have been hoping for! for weeks we it rains like crazy here which greatly affects my plans in the green because of not getting enough sunlight. Yesterday while checking my plants outside, I can see how happy they were, they started to bloom more and pretty soon they are going to produce vegetables! I am very excited and cannot wait to harvest, we got few strawberry yesterday and there are still more coming out!
