Special Dinner for us!

I cooked this very special dinner for us right after hubby bought a new laptop for me . It's my first time to cook this kind of dish since I came here. It's a beef, I marinated the beef for 35 minutes and then fried it with olive oil. I don't know how this dish called like. I assumed it's a bistek but myhusband called it jerky.I garnished it with cucumber and tomatoes with naturals fruits on it.. He likes it very much as much as I do in fact, he ate the same thing as his breakfast today since we still have some left over from last night dinner hehehehehe. I might cook this again if I'm in the mood to do it. I need to go now..happy weekend to all of you!
