Fish For Dinner

I am thinking to cook a salmon fish today for our dinner, we have been eating chicken for the past few days and I am sick of it. Fish would be a good alternative for meat. I am not a big fan of salmon fish but I don't have a choice but to eat it. I preferred ocean fresh fish, it's what I ate everyday back home but it is hard to find it here in our place, we our 6 hours away from the ocean so everything has to be frozen. Oh well, few months from now we'll be visiting my family and then I can have all the fish I want!
