Weight Loss

I keep reminding myself not to eat fatty foods every time we attend parties but I tend to forget my goal and let myself stuff with desserts and foods. I found it hard to lose weight in a place where I can see all kinds of good foods. Food is my weakness especially sweet courses. I know I have to resist that habit and focus on my quick weight loss. I am determined to lessen my food intake and do more exercise. I am hoping and crossing my finger to reach my goal before winter starts. However, if I cannot lose weight faster, diet pills is my second option, that is how desperate I am, willing to do all the possibilties!
