I was talking to my friend online earlier and triggered me to cook dried fish for lunch, at the end of our conversation we talked how much we missed our food back home and since I have dried fish stocked in my pantry I decided to cook some for lunch and it was my lunch for today and my son's lunch. I am very surprised that my son likes it, he ate everything includng the head, guts and tail:-). Anchioves is a very tiny fish so it's okay to eat the whole thing. it may sound gross to you but that's how you supposed to eat them hehehehehe.
