Self Motivation Is What I Need
During our weekend vacation with my husband he keeps telling me how he gained weight after our marriage but I just laughed at him because he is not the only one who gained weight but me as well. I am still not fully recovered from having a baby and I guess it will never back to normal again no matter what I do but it doesn't mean I gave up! It might have something to do with our age and lifestyle. When I don’t eat, you can hardly see my saggy belly but as soon as I start eating it pops out right away and it bothers me a lot! I wish I can get rid of it because I don’t feel sexy anymore :-). I know it takes a lot of work to lose weight especially if you want quick weight loss diets but I am willing to do whatever it takes to lose some of my weight because it does affect my self esteem. If others can do it why can’t I? I’ve seen lots of people losing almost twice as they were before and I know I can do it too, it’s just a matter of self motivation, right?
