Top Chef

I love watching top chef, everytime I watch this reality show I have this urge of cooking something special too hahahahaha! It's like an inspiration to me to cook meals when I am lazy to do some:-). Since childhood my mother motivated us on how to cook because she beleives that cooking is something that women should learn for their future marriage and I completely agree with her plus I love cooking too. The only thing I don't like is the mess and the slicing. It would be nice if before you cook, all the spices and ingredients are ready and I don't have to clean after that hehehehehehe. How about you guys, what do you like to do?
